At Sue Jeffrey Physical Therapy we offer a medical gym pass for a monthly fee of $20.

After completion of your physical therapy we offer ongoing wellness programs to help you maintain the gains you've attained.

Qualified clients, with physician approval, can sign up to be an independent exerciser using our gym equipment.

A physical therapist will develop a customized exercise plan for you to follow.

Our staff is available to answer questions and support your efforts to work toward gaining and maintaining optimum health.

Medical Pool Pass

A medical pool pass program is also an option at Sue Jeffrey Physical Therapy.

Our pool passes cost $60 for 12 hour long sessions in the 94 degree endless pool.

Following a physical therapy evaluation, a therapist will develop a customized aquatic exercise program to follow for qualified individuals.

This program is by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled on the hour.

Your pool pass reservation is a private appointment and includes a changing room with a shower and towels.
