Yes, most insurances require a prescription from a physician in order for physical therapy to be covered. We highly recommend it regardless. 

We are in network with most of the major insurance companies. Please feel free to call to verify that we are in network with your insurance plan.

If you do not have insurance coverage, have a high deductible, or for any other reason want to pay out of pocket for your care, we are happy to do that.  The charge per appointment will be $90 and we do ask that you make the payment the same day as the service is provided. 

The duration and the frequency of visits depends on your physician's orders and on a physical therapy evaluation.  This evaluation takes place at your first physical therapy appointment.  Based on your evaluation findings and specific goals to be achieved, your physical therapist will recommend the frequency and duration of treatment. 

We schedule appointments between the hours of 6:00 am and 3:45 pm.  Your appointment will usually take about 45 minutes.  We know personal schedules can be tricky, so we try to be as accommodating as possible to fit into your schedule preferences.
